Q: How do I use Smile Beeda Pay?

  • To purchase orders with Beeda Pay, you may do so by using the Beeda Pay" button after selecting Beeda Pay as the payment method from the payment page.
  • If your Beeda Wallet has less than the required amount, additional payment can be made with other payment methods. (Credit card, Online banking, PayPal, Alipay).

Q:How long does international shipping take time during COVID19?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide accurate information on the status of shipment at this stage. Please understand that it may take 10-20 days or more depending on the shipping country and the quantity.

Q:Why does it get delayed?

Here are the reasons for the delay in delivery.

  • 1. Seller's delay in delivery due to stock issues / domestic delivery delays from the seller / delays due to seller's vacation, etc.
  • 2. Delay due to domestic delivery company (due to weather, overwhelming number of delivery, etc.)
  • 3. Custom inspection

Q:I would like to cancel my order & payment. How can I do it?

You can request for cancellation of an order which is in the status as 'Require payment, 'Waiting for Payment', Payment Completed', 'Not yet Shipped' or 'Preparing for shipment:
For your reference, until the 'Not yet Shipped' status, you may be able to get a prompt refund as soon as cancellation request is confirmed. In order to make a cancellation, please follow the steps below. Beedamall > Shopping Lists and click on the 'Cancel button.

Q:I would like to return my order?

Q:How can I get discount coupon & use them?

You can get the discount coupons by the following steps:
1. You can download discount coupons every 1st day of each month according to our customers membership grade.
2. You can also get discount coupons by drawing the roulette.

Please notice that each coupon has its own categories to use, expiry date, and you are allowed to use only 1 coupon per transaction. If you can't download coupons due to technical issue, please contact Customer Center.
