Beeda.com Returns Policy

Items shipped from Beeda.com, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:


  • For information about products that can't be returned, see Items that Can't be Returned.
  • To determine if a product sold by Beeda.com has a longer return timeline, locate the product type below. If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
  • While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Beeda's, some seller returns policies may vary. If the seller's listing is eligible for Beeda Plus, it will be subject to the same return policies as items fulfilled by Beeda.com that are outlined on this page. Items that Can't be Returned

There are some items that you can't return to Beeda.com or can only return to a third-

party seller.

Beeda.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:

  •  Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 30 days after delivery
  •  Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  •  Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  •  Downloadable software products
  •  Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  •  Gift cards (except as required by law)
  •  Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
  •  Some jewelry orders
  •  Some health and personal care orders
  •  Grocery products
  •  Open software
  •  Items with special shipping restrictions
  •  Live insects

Note:

  •  Beeda.com doesn't accept returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. The seller determines the return policy. You can see specific information per item in Your Orders.
  • If the item you purchased from Beeda.com is returnable, you'll see a message saying so
  • when you select Return or Replace Item in Your Orders. If the item is not returnable per the Beeda return policy, you will not see any message.
  • If you have a nonreturnable item that arrived damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement in Your Orders.



Returns to Third-Party Sellers

When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third-

party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Beeda.com.

While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Beeda.com’s, some seller returns policies may

vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the

Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. To view the seller's return policy, once

you've ordered, you can select your order in the Returns Center.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, a prepaid return

label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these

methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure

the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.

Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items

below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you

don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may

not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.

Extra Large or Heavy Items:  Items: For most extra large or heavy item returns, you will be provided with a

postage due label or the seller will provide you with prepaid label. In cases where you are provided

with a postage due label, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Packages are defined

as extra large or heavy when one or more of the following is true:

  •  The package weighs more than 90 lbs.
  •  The package exceeds 96 inches in length
  •  The package exceeds a total of 130 inches in length and girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)]


Refunds

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the

payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.



Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct

item must be returned to receive a refund.

Beeda does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when

appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Beeda, please contact Customer


Service as soon as possible. Beeda cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no

compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Beeda.
